I have 23 years of experience in the real estate sector for trading services and property management for both commercial and residential  properties, as well as land assembly for developers. As a Managing Broker and Broker Owner I am knowledgeable in  all aspects of the transaction process to properly represent a client and fulfil the fiducuiary duty that is owed to them.

I have acted as an expert witness  for both residential and commercial cases in the Supreme and Small Claims Courts. Currently I serve as a volunteer for the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board, the Advisory Committee for the Real Estate Institute of Canada,  as a course writer for The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) and the BC Real Estate Association (BCREA) , and as a student advisor and member of the Business Practices Committee for the Real Estate Institute of BC. I am accredited as a Fellow of The Real Estate Institute of Canada and a member of The Real Estate Institute of BC which have high ethical standards observed by their members.
